Abi Bakr Rd Viaducts and Underpass. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The improvement of Abi Bakr road included the grade separation of the interchanges of Abi Bakr Rd over Thumamah Rd and Anas Bin Malik Rd. This latter one included also the addition of an underpass.
Viaducts are designed as cast-in-place concrete box girders, with 80 m spans. The underpass is designed as concrete frame and u-sections.
SILGA was responsible for detail design and assistance during construction.
