Al Azizia Viaduct. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Al Azizia road crosses the Southern Ring Road in Riyadh with a twin viaduct 1.30 kilometers long. The new connection also includes a ramp loop bridge 800 meters long.
All bridges are designed as cast-in-place concrete box girders, built span-by-span on scaffolding, expect the main crossing over the Ring Road, designed as cast-in-place balanced cantilever with a main span of 78 meters.
SILGA was responsible for detail design and assistance during construction.
