Movable Scaffolding System. Bratislava D4R7 bypass. Slovakia

Movable Scaffolding System (MSS) used in the Bratislava bypass, D4R7. This "moving factory" has been designed by BERD for the consortium D4R7 Construction s.r.o. between Ferrovial Agroman and PORR. It is capable of casting the 70-meter-long spans of the East and West approach viaducts.

SILGA has have performed the independent design review, including the full recalculation of the structural elements (Category III check).

The attached figure shows the MSS and the calculation model, done using Sofistik software.
