Al Faisaliya bridge. Makkah, Saudi Arabia

The Al Faisaliya bridge is a steel structure with three spans of 21.0 m approx. adding to a total length of 63.0 m. It has a total width of 9.85 m and its deck is solved with six steel beams of 0.92 m height. 

The bridge was in need of maintenance and there were some concerns about local damages.

SILGA did visual inspection, preparation of as-built drawings, structural analysis and design of remedial measures.
